You may register and hold a spot without a deposit, however, because of the demand and size of this event only teams that pay their deposit will be guaranteed a spot. Once we are close to our sell out point (sometime in late May / early June), your team will be contacted first for either a deposit or full payment. If you do not return the call, text or email within 24 hours with at least a deposit, you will be dropped and replaced. Only the first 155 teams with a deposit or full payment will be excepted. All teams must have at least deposit in to be bracketed. Special arraignments may be taken under consideration, just call 775.997.8000. You may pay balance at check in. You can also mail a check to: 748 South Meadows Pky. Suite A9 #275 – Reno, NV 89521. Personal checks will not be accepted after July 5th. After July 5th, we except company check, cash, credit card or money order only.
You will be emailed a receipt once you register, SAVE IT! It works just like a ticket. We will scan your team in. We can also scan the email straight from your smart phone. There will be two different check dates and times. Pre-check in and party will take place Thursday, July 6th from 6pm – 10pm. Location to be determined. The official check in start Friday night from 6pm to 11:30pm at Reno Sports Complex at Rancho San Rafael. Teams may not check in after 11:30pm Friday night. All team balances and rosters will be due at time of check in.
A $25 All World registration fee will be due at check in. If your team is already registered with All World, no fee will be due. We will know which teams have already registered.
There is a $10 gate fee at the Rancho San Rafael location only. Kids under 5 free, this fee is good for the entire weekend and provides access to all events and activities. It allows you to take part in the opening night celebration with Happy Hour Specials, dancing, amazing contests and we will hand out more than $5,000 in prizes the 1st night alone. All paid entrants will get an All World/ Boneyard wristband and a $5 coupon towards the purchase of any Boneyard Blast merchandise. * You must wear or have visible the Boneyard Blast Entry Bracelet at all times while inside the parks. Players do not have to wear it during their games. One bracelet per person, it cannot be shared. The gate proceeds benefit the 50+ people and City of Reno staff working around the clock to ensure that you have the best / smoothest experience possible.
No glass containers in Complex or parking lot. Outside beer & alcohol is prohibited inside the complex. Please no sun flower seeds or gum inside the Golden Eagle Park location. That stuff ruins the turf!
There is not camping at any of the parks in Reno or Sparks. We have partnered and put together fantastic Boneyard Blast hotel rates and perks with through Circus Circus and Grand Sierra Resort. Just click on the hotel link. Circus Circus will provide one luck team with an opening night limo ride to the fields stuffed with Coors Light!
THE BRACKET REVEAL:
Brackets will be revealed Friday Night, July 7th at Rancho San Rafael 11:30pm. You must have team representative check in before 11:30pm. After you turn your roster and the remainder of your registration fee in, you will be given a receipt tag. This receipt tag, MUST be presented to the umpire before your games. If you do not have your receipt tag, your game will not begin and it will be considered a forfeit.

The format for each division is very unique.
MEN’S OPEN (GOLD) It’s simple, it’s open. There aren’t any classification restrictions. This bracket gets all the benefits: more homeruns, better games times, triple elimination format and teams will play the majority of their games at Golden Eagle Regional Park (one the highest ranked parks in the country). However, if you can’t hang, don’t worry. Teams that start 0-2 will battle it out against each other and the winners will drop into the winner’s bracket of the Silver Division.
MEN’S SILVER All other men’s teams will start here! To start in this division, you can have a maximum of 4 D players – No C or higher. Teams that lose two games in the first four rounds will drop into the Bronze single elimination bracket.
MEN’S BRONZE Teams that lose 2 games in the first 4 rounds of the Silver Division will get dropped into this division.
COED GOLD All teams will start in this division. Coed Teams can have up to 2 C or higher players, all other players must be D+ or below.
COED SILVER Teams that lose two of the first 4 rounds in the Gold Division will drop into the bronze division.
COED BRONZE Each team that loses one of their first two games in the Silver Division will drop in
