VERY IMPORTANT! DON’T BE TOO SERIOUS, HAVE FUN! IT’S THE ONLY REASON WE DO THIS.

YOU MUST CHECK IN BEFORE 11:30pm Friday, July 7th. You will not be able to play without your full payment and rosters submitted. You will be given a receipt that must be presented to the umpire. Without the receipt the umpire will consider the game a forfeit. Check in WILL ONLY take place at Rancho San Rafael. Extra rosters will be available at the check in tent. Check in will begin at 7pm Friday night at Rancho San Rafael. There will be more than 150 teams. This tournament is extremely tight. It’s gonna be … aahhh crazy. Get there as early as possible.

CHECK IN EARLY AT THE PRE-PARTY

There will be a pre-party and registration Thursday night July 6th at a location to be determined. 6-10pm. Get signed in early, grab fantastic food specials (details to come). Also, get first dibs on the official Boneyard Apparel and Hats. All teams that arrive at the pre party will receive a raffle ticket. Winner will be drawn 11:30 Friday night at Rancho San Rafael. Winner will receive their $395 registration back!

All brackets are considered separate tournaments. WE WILL NOT HOLD UP A GAME to wait for players on another team. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ROSTERS-
If you are registered with All World, you will be able to submit your roster through their team management system.. This system allows team mangers to login and add or subtract players leading up to the tournament. You may email and print your rosters directly from there. You also be able submit your rosters and add players at the check in booth using the form we email to all teams prior to the tournament.  You may not add players after the tournament begins. Players are not allowed to be on more than one men’s team or more than one coed team. However, players can play Men’s and Coed, just remember we will not hold a men’s game for a coed game for vise versa.

RANKINGS-
All World uses the current year’s USSSA rosters to determine rankings. Example -If you have players on a C roster they will be C for our events etc. If they are not on a USSSA roster this year we will revert to the previous year. Teams and players may petition for re-class at anytime (must be done by email to allworldsports@mail.com).  Players and or teams that are listed on All-Worlds re-class list on will be ranked according to the re-class list for any All-World event (Boneyard included).

You may find the National USSSA list here.

The All-World re-class list can be found here.

Rosters must be registered with all world at playallworld.com. Register your team here – http://allworldsoftball.com/ team_registration.html

ROSTER VIOLATION:
If a player is caught playing for a team without being listed on their roster, the team will forfeit the game in question. A 2nd offense on a team and/or player will result in being eliminated from tournament play.
