REGISTRATION IS OPEN

160 TEAMS - 48 HOURS - 14 FIELDS
RENO/SPARKS, NV

RULE #1
DON’T BE TOO SERIOUS

TEAMS AND ROSTERS MUST BE REGISTERED  WITH NCS

Rosters must be managed through NCS. Only NCS rosters will be accepted.

CHECK IN & ROSTERS

HAVE FUN! IT’S THE ONLY REASON WE DO THIS.

YOU MUST CHECK IN BEFORE 11:00pm Friday, July 12th. You will not be able to play without your full payment and rosters submitted. You will be given a receipt that must be presented to the umpire. Without the receipt the umpire will consider the game a forfeit. Check in WILL ONLY take place at Rancho San Rafael. Extra rosters will be available at the check in tent. Check in will begin at 6pm Friday night at the City of Reno Complex at Rancho San Rafael. There will be more than 150 teams playing nearly 500 games in 48 hours. This tournament is extremely tight. It’s gonna be … aahhh crazy. Get there as early as possible.

All brackets are considered separate tournaments. WE WILL NOT HOLD UP A GAME to wait for players on another team. NO EXCEPTIONS!

You will be emailed a receipt once you register, SAVE IT! It works just like a ticket. We will scan your team in. We can also scan the email straight from your smart phone. The official check in starts Friday night from 6pm to 11:00pm at Reno Sports Complex at Rancho San Rafael. Teams may not check in after 11:00pm Friday night.  All team balances and rosters will be due at time of check in.

A $50 NCS fee will be required to regisiter with NCS, however,  if your team is already registered with NCS, no fee will be due. Teams and rosters must be registred with NCS before check-in.

ROSTERS

You may not add players after the tournament begins. Players are not allowed to be on more than one men’s team or more than one coed team. However, players can play Men’s and Coed, just remember we will not hold a men’s game for a coed game for vise versa.

RANKINGS
