TEAMS AND ROSTERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH NCS
Rosters must be managed through NCS. Only NCS rosters will be accepted. A $75 NCS fee is required to register with NCS and must be paid on their website at playncs.com. If your team is already registered with NCS for 2026, no additional fees will be due when you register your roster. Teams and rosters must be registered with NCS before June 15th.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
You may register and hold a spot by paying the full registration or with a $150 non-refundable deposit. Only the first 160 teams will be accepted.

PAY A DEPOSIT
Or, Pay the deposit. If you’d rather collect money from your teammates or whatever, you may secure your place with a non-refundable deposit.
IMPORTANT! The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before June 28, 2026 to guarantee your team’s spot.
THE WAITLIST
Once we sell out (sometime in late May / early June), you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, your team will be contacted for either the deposit or full payment. If you do not return the call, text or email within 24 hours with at least the $150 non-refundable tournament deposit, you will be dropped to the bottom of the waitlist.

No personal checks will be accepted. Business checks must be from the Reno/Sparks area and must be received by May 1st. After June 1st, we except cash, credit card, or money order only.
CHECK IN
The official check in is Friday night at Boneyard’s Bracket Reveal Party from 6pm to 11pm at the Reno Sports Complex at Rancho San Rafael. Teams may not check in after 11pm Friday night. All rosters will be on-site at check in and must be approved and signed by the coach.
TEAM LIST
The 2026 Boneyard XIX team list will be posted in June and will ONLY be listed on this website. Do not register anywhere else. This site is the only one that accepts and tracks team registration. Any other team list will be either be fake or inaccurate.
THE GATE
There is a $10 gate fee at the Reno Sports Complex location only. Kids under 5 free. This fee is good for the entire weekend and provides access to all events and activities. It allows you to take part in the opening night celebration with Amplified Entertainment, Happy Hour Specials, dancing, amazing contests and we will be handing out a slew of prizes. All paid entrants will get an All World/ Boneyard wristband and a $5 coupon towards the purchase of any Boneyard Blast merchandise.
* You must wear or have visible the Boneyard Blast Entry Bracelet at all times while inside the parks. Players do not have to wear it during their games. One bracelet per person, it cannot be shared. The gate proceeds benefit the 50+ people and City of Reno staff and security working around the clock to ensure that you have the best / smoothest experience possible.
COMPLEX RULES
No glass containers allowed at any of the complexes or parking lots. Outside beer & alcohol is prohibited inside the complexes. Please no sun flower seeds or gum inside the Golden Eagle Park location. That stuff ruins the turf!
STAYING OVERNIGHT
There is no camping at any of the parks in Reno or Sparks. We have partnered and put together fantastic Boneyard Blast hotel rates and perks with local hotels. Just click on the hotel link. Every hotel room booked with our partners will be rewarded with a pitcher of Coors Light at one of the Boneyard Blast ball fields. Just bring your hotel receipt at check in to receive the coupon.
PARKING INFO:
Parking is strictly limited to 2 cars per team for the Friday Night Kickoff Party! Those without a parking pass can park less than a block away at the North parking lot at the University of Nevada. A shuttle will be provided beginning at 6:00 pm with the last drop off at University of Nevada at 1:00 am.
Parking passes for registered Boneyard Softball Teams will be emailed out to the email used to register or the tournament no later than July 1st. Parking passes MUST be printed and shown to the parking attendants. Verbal team names given to attendants will not be accepted.

THE BRACKET REVEAL:
Brackets will be revealed Friday Night, July 10th at the Reno Sports Complex at 11:30pm. You must have a team representative check in before 11:00pm. After your coach approves and signs your roster, you will be given a receipt tag. This receipt tag MUST be presented to the umpire before your games. If you do not have your receipt tag, your game will not begin and it will be considered a forfeit.

The tournament takes place in three locations.
1 – CITY OF RENO SPORTS COMPLEX (AKA Rancho San Rafael) – the overnight facility – 4 fields – RECENTLY UPGRADED with new amenities each year

MEN’S OPEN (GOLD)
It’s simple, it’s open. There aren’t any classification restrictions. This bracket gets all the benefits: more homeruns, better games times, triple elimination format, and teams will play the majority of their games at Golden Eagle Regional Park (one the highest ranked parks in the country). However, if you can’t hang, don’t worry. Teams that start 0-2 will battle it out against each other and the winners will drop into the winner’s bracket of the Silver Division.
MEN’S SILVER
All other men’s teams will start here! To start in this division you can have one of the following scenarios based the following point system:
Can have 4 points max!
D or below = 0 points
C = 2 points each
NO B or higher players
MEN’S BRONZE
Teams that lose 2 games in the first 4 rounds of the Silver Division will get dropped into this division.
COED GOLD
Aside from the Coed Party teams, all coed teams will start in this division! To register in this 3 game minimum division you can have one of the following scenarios based the following point system:
Can have 6 points max!
Women Players = 0 points
Men’s E or below = 0 points
Men’s D or D+ = 1 point each
Men’s B or Higher = 3 points each
COED SILVER
Teams that lose two of the first 4 rounds in the Gold Division will drop into the Coed Silver Division.
COED PARTY
INTRODUCED IN 2025 AND BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: Limited to 16 teams. This 3 game guarantee division is for those teams who come to Boneyard for the experience. No seriousness. This division is all about having a good time. All teams in this division will receive a party pack at check-in, one free entry into the cornhole tournament Friday night, and will compete for the coveted participation trophy and participation gear.
