BONEYARD REGISTRATION PAYMENT

NEW IN 2026

Teams that pay upfront in full guarantee their spot in the tournament.

Teams that register with the non-refundable deposit must pay the remaining balance by JUNE 28TH to guarantee a spot in the tournament. If there is no communication and the balance is not paid by the deadline, your team will be dropped from the tournament.

TEAMS AND ROSTERS MUST BE REGISTERED  WITH NCS

DEADLINE JUNE 15TH

Rosters must be managed through NCS. Only NCS rosters will be accepted. A $75 NCS fee is required to register with NCS and must be paid on their website at playncs.com. If your team is already registered with NCS for 2026, no additional fees will be due when you register your roster. Teams and rosters must be registered with NCS before June 15th.

CHECK IN & ROSTERS

HAVE FUN! IT’S THE ONLY REASON WE DO THIS.

YOU MUST CHECK IN BEFORE 11pm Friday, July 10th. The official check in is Friday night at Boneyard’s Bracket Reveal Party from 6pm to 11pm at the Reno Sports Complex at Rancho San Rafael. You will not be able to play without your roster submitted to our check-in team. Your team representative/coach will be given a printed copy of your NCS roster at check-in for approval. Changes/additions to your roster can be made at this time. After your representative approves and signs your roster, they will be given a receipt that must be presented to the umpire. Without the receipt the umpire will consider the game a forfeit.

You cannot add players to your roster after check-in closes at 11pm on Friday night. Players are not allowed to be on more than one men’s team or more than one coed team. Players can play men’s and coed, but we will not hold a men’s game for a coed game or visa versa.

All brackets are considered separate tournaments. WE WILL NOT HOLD UP A GAME to wait for players on another team. NO EXCEPTIONS!

There will be more than 150 teams playing nearly 500 games in 48 hours. This tournament is extremely tight. It’s gonna be … aahhh crazy. Get there as early as possible.

RANKINGS

UNIQUE PLAYER MATRIX:

NCS Rankings and Info:
https://playncs.com/slowpitch/rankings

*If a player is not listed on our NCS ranking’s list, we use the current year’s HIGHEST USSSA ROSTER to determine what a player is ranked with us. If not on a current USSSA roster we will revert to previous years highest USSSA roster. Please use link above for more info.

Roster information taken from National USSSA / All World rankings  For player rankings click here

ROSTER VIOLATION:
If a player is caught playing for a team without being listed on their roster, the team will forfeit the game in question. A 2nd offense on a team and/or player will result in being eliminated from tournament play.

If a player is caught on a roster on more than one team in the same division, that player will be ejected from tournament play.
